Every hour, a random wallet holding $DAVID will be selected via Verifiable Random Function (VRF).

The owner of the wallet (Farmer) will receive 3% of taxes for the entire duration of being the Farmer.

• Every 30 minutes a new Farmer will be selected

• Holding on to more tokens increases the odds of being a Farmer

• Taxes are distributed in ETH

• Farmer status will be revoked when a farmer sells while in authority

• Only one Farmer at any given time
